The goal of this talk is to introduce our current data center networking and cloud infrastructure research, and explore potential collaboration opportunities within IIIS.
In this talk I will discuss about the major challenges in current cloud infrastructure, including issues on flexibility, performance and manageability. Then we will review several promising new data center networking technology, which serves as the central building block for the cloud infrastructure. Finally, I will introduce our "data driven infrastructure for big data" vision and the on-going research projects.
