Bulk reconstruction is an important subject in AdS/CFT that aims to reveal the underlying mechanism of the duality. In the context of subregion duality, there is a notion called the causal shadow that emerges from the entanglement wedge reconstruction proposal. It encodes deep aspects of bulk reconstruction beyond causality. In this talk, I will explain the various aspects related to causal shadow, and analyze them in perturbation theory.
