Scientific research and innovation, as the core link of the "Tea Garden" talent cultivation system, have always been highly valued. By systematically building a scientific research and innovation ecosystem, integrating high-quality resource platforms, and fully stimulating students' research potential, it provides strong support for cultivating top-notch innovative talents with international competitiveness.
Yao Seminar, independently founded by undergraduate students of Yao Class, has successfully invited dozens of scholars at home and abroad to conduct in-depth academic dialogues and has continuously maintained an extremely high participation enthusiasm between teachers and students. The annual scientific research grand event and doctoral student forum hosted by the Graduate Student Branch not only serves as an important window to showcase cutting-edge academic achievements but also builds a bridge for collaborative innovation among industry, academia, and research. In addition, we strongly support students in participating in international competitions and actively apply for research projects such as the Undergraduate Research Training Program (SRT), the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. As a result, students have achieved remarkable results in various scientific research and innovation activities, fully demonstrating the academic strength of "Tea Garden" students.
