Introduction to the Research Group
Our research group is dedicated to addressing the "choke point" issue of chip computing power in the post-Moore era, working diligently in the interdisciplinary field of Chiplet technology. We have been the first to propose a theoretical model for Chiplet. Through innovative interdisciplinary approaches, we have vertically integrated a comprehensive suite of tools spanning theory, architecture, software, and interfaces. Utilizing advanced hardware technologies, we have introduced a novel interconnect network architecture tailored for the era of large AI models.
